Welcome to Nexus Collective Studio

Nexus – noun: a collection or gathering of two or more entities.

NXC is situated in the stunning and historic Jewellery Quarter in an area that is quickly becoming Birmingham’s most desirable place for bohemians and creatives.

The collective is a mixture of different entities who have come together in a creative melting pot to from an environment of likeminded individuals in which to accelerate creative influence.

The concept was not to create a shop in which to sell tattoos or artwork but instead focus on a space to create it. Our artists are part of our collective and not employed by us. They are as much their own entity as the founders themselves. We hope that this will create an environment where creativity can flourish under mutual respect and freedom. As we are a private studio you will need to contact us ahead of arrival to make sure someone is available for you, if you have already made an appointment then that person will see you.

Come on in

Nexus also welcomes creatives who wish to run workshops of their own. We do not charge people who wish to host workshops as we welcome creative input. We currently have illustrators, sculptors photographers and many more people interested in hosting such evens and hope to make Nexus a hub of creative minds. Who knows perhaps this will help others on their own creative journey as well as advance our own creatives in-house.

Nexus will also be offering laser removal, hair removal and other services as a side arm to our creatives. A good friend of ours is coming in house as part of our collective to help offer these services.

As there is a big focus on creativity we have artwork and clothing for sale also, if you are an artist and wish to sell from our gallery please get in touch.
